Payment Methods: All payments must be made in US Funds. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Paypal Accounts. Customer information is considered confidential and will not be shared or distributed to any third party. All credit card information sent online is processed through our Secure Server. The Secure Server encrypts credit card information keeping it private, protected, and safe to transmit over the Internet.

How to Place an Order:  Place orders online using our shopping cart. In the shopping cart you will have the option of paying with a credit card or check. Washington State residence is subject to sales tax on all orders.

Order Processing: Once your order is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt pending credit card verification.

  • Orders with express shipping will be processed the same day if received by 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping and Handling Charges: We ship using the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You will be notified of any shipping delays within 24 hours by phone or e-mail. Orders with express shipping will be processed the same day if received by 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding weekends and holidays.

ADVADRI will not ship to hotels or motels. We cannot accommodate orders to APO/FPO addresses.

Refunds and Exchanges: Exchanges and refunds are gladly accepted within 30 days of delivery. Original labels must not be removed from clothing. Clothing cannot be returned if laundered or have deodorant residue. Clothing must not be soiled, stained or have holes (no returns, exchanges, or refunds allowed on clearance and irregular items). Armpit pads may be returned only if not worn. Any defective merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Please send merchandise to be refunded or exchanged to: ADVADRI 14135 W Lake Kathleen Dr SE - Renton, WA 98059. Pack your return in the original package if possible. Packages must be prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

For orders that qualify for FREE standard shipping (signature required); if order is returned as unclaimed, customer will then be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred.
