Payment Methods
All payments must be made in US Funds. We accept Visa, Master Card, Checks, Paypal Accounts and Money Orders. Customer information is
considered confidential and will not be shared or distributed to any third party. All credit card information sent online is processed through our Secure
Server. The Secure Server encrypts credit card information keeping it private, protected, and safe to transmit over the Internet.
How to Redeem your Online Gift Certificate
During the payment step of the checkout process enter your ID number and PIN number. Online Gift Certificate does not expire.
The value of your Online Gift Certificate will be subtracted from your total. If there is a balance due, you can pay using your credit card. If you have money leftover it will be retained on your Online Gift Certificate and you can use it for future purchases.
Minimum purchase requirement of $9.99 must be met with purchases to which no other coupon or instant savings offer applies. Tax and shipping not included in calculating minimum purchase.
Gift certificates are sent by e-mail to you or the recipient within 1-3 business days. Gift certificates are only redeemable at the ADVADRI Online Store. They can not be used at retail locations. Not redeemable for cash.
Discounts and promotions do not apply to the purchase of Online Gift Certificates.
Lost or Stolen Online Gift Certificate
If your Certificate becomes lost or stolen, you should contact RealCo Inc immediately at 1-888-374-7443. Your Certificate balance is only protected from the point in time you notify RealCo Inc that your Certificate is missing. RealCo Inc will freeze the remaining balance on your Certificate at the time of notification.
Lost or stolen Certificates will not be canceled or replaced without adequate proof of purchase and the corresponding Certificate Number and PIN. For fraud management purposes, the Certificate Number and PIN is not available on receipts or to RealCo Inc's employees. Certificate Number and PIN can only be reissued to the original recipients e-mail.
The request for a replacement Certificate may be denied without adequate proof of purchase or in the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity. If approved, RealCo Inc will issue a new Certificate Number and PIN with any remaining balance on the Certificate to the original recipients e-mail.
You are responsible for all transactions associated with the Gift Certificate, including potentially any unauthorized transactions that may result if your Certificate is lost or stolen or if you authorize another person to use the Certificate.
How to Place an Order
You may place an order by telephone, call our toll-free number 1-888-DRI-SHIELD. Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm Pacific Time.
Place orders online using our shopping cart. In the shopping cart you will have the option of paying with a credit card or sending a money order by mail. Once you have found the merchandise you would like to purchase, click the "Order" button. This will take you to our "Shopping Cart," which will be displayed each time you add an item
to your cart. You may continue to shop by clicking on the "Continue Shopping"
button. At any time you can change, add, or delete your order.
Washington State residence is subject to sales tax on all orders.
When you are done shopping, select payment option in the shopping cart and click "Purchase". Please provide your shipping and billing information. Tell us how you heard about us. Click the "Continue" button. You will be transferred to our secure server for your credit card number. If paying by money order, you will be transferred to a page confirming your order, please send money order to 14127 W. Lake Kathleen Dr. SE - Renton, WA 98059.
Once your order is received, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt pending credit card verification.
- Orders with express shipping will be processed the same day if received by 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Shipping and Handling Charges
We ship using the United States Postal Service. All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You
will be notified of any shipping delays within 24 hours by phone or e-mail. Orders with express shipping will be processed the same day if received by
12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Rates are Based on the Dollar Amount of Purchase. Orders of $50.00 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

Any items mailed outside the USA are potentially subject to duty and/or taxes. The Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA) can examine any item and is responsible for determining any applicable duty and taxes payable.
Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges and refunds are gladly accepted within 30 days of invoice date. Returns after 30 days will result in an in-store credit. Original labels must not be removed from clothing.
Clothing cannot be returned if laundered. Clothing must not be soiled, stained or have holes (no returns, exchanges, or refunds allowed on clearance and irregular items).Shields may be returned only if not worn.

Pack your return in the original package if possible. Packages must be prepaid; we can not accept COD deliveries. We can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. For questions, please call our toll-free number at 1-888-DRI-SHIELD Monday-Friday, 7am - 3pm Pacific Time.
For orders that qualify for FREE standard shipping (signature required); if order is returned as unclaimed, customer will then be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred.
No Refunds or Exchanges on Embroidery Clothing or Items
RealCo Inc strives to satisfy all customers. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us and we will do everything in our power to make you happy.
Custom embroidery orders are not returnable as they are made to order. Unless there is a manufacturers defect in the item, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of personalized items under any circumstances.
We will however, correct or replace any personalized item due to incorrect spelling that is our error, or any embroidery defect. 1% damage rate allowance. However if the name was given to us incorrectly, or the final proof contained errors but yet was approved by you, you will assume all additional charges including shipping.
Protect Your Credit Card Information
The Address Verification Service (AVS) verifies the cardholder's billing address to combat fraud in card-not-present transactions (for example, mail order, telephone order, Internet).
RealCo Inc accepts or rejects orders based on street address and Zip code matches. AVS compares submitted the street address and Zip code with the data on file at the cardholder's bank. The value 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4 is returned for both the customer's street address and for the zip code.

* 2 = Address Match Only
* 3 = Zip Code Match Only
* 4 = Match
AVS is supported only by US banks - international banks return 0 or no value at all.
- Make sure you are using a secure browser. Look for the following: symbols like an unbroken lock or key, a URL that begins with https, or the words 'secure Sockets Layer' (SSL)
- Do not send your credit card information by email. Email is not secure and can be read by outside parties.
- Read merchants' privacy statements. These will explain how the merchant will use your personal information in the future.
